(AND TO KEEP PLASTIC CONTAINERS IN GOOD CONDITION)
1. Please transfer fresh food to a heat-proof plate or dish - e.g., glass or ceramic - even for the microwave*
2. Cover the dish with parchment, foil or a heat-proof plate to keep food from drying out**
3. Warm the covered dish in
Conventional oven at 325F until food reaches 170F (30-45 mins depending on portion size).
Microwave at 70 percent power until bottom of dish is quite warm and food reaches >170F (3-10 mins depending on portion size)
4. Take care not to over-heat the chicken, pork and salmon (e.g. steaming is too hot) to preserve the texture and flavour.

Thawing: Overnight in fridge if you have the time. If you are in a hurry, defrost the whole dish in the microwave using defrost mode. and then reheat the portion you want as above.
