FOR BEST RESULTS
(AND TO KEEP PLASTIC CONTAINERS IN GOOD CONDITION)

1. Please transfer fresh food to a heat-proof plate or dish - e.g., glass or ceramic - even for the microwave*

2. Cover the dish with parchment, foil or a heat-proof plate to keep food from drying out**

3. Warm the covered dish in

Conventional oven at 325F until food reaches 170F (30-45 mins depending on portion size).

Microwave at 70 percent power until bottom of dish is quite warm and food reaches >170F (3-10 mins depending on portion size)

4. Take care not to over-heat the chicken, pork and salmon (e.g. steaming is too hot) to preserve the texture and flavour.

Bon appétit!

Thawing: Overnight in fridge is best, if you have the time. If you are in a hurry, defrost the whole dish in the microwave using defrost mode. and then reheat the portion you want as above.

*Silver labels are not microwave safe!!

** EXCEPT pre-rolled burritos. Always reheat these spread out and uncovered in the oven to crisp up the tortillas.
