Lentil Shepherd's Pie Meal (GF option)
Home-cooked green/brown lentils, small veggies (green peas, corn, diced fresh carrot and green beans) in a slightly tangy brown sauce; topped with garlicky mashed potatoes. Served with fresh multi-grain bread and spinach salad (extra potatoes for GF).
Red Curry Meal (Mildly spicy, GF option)
Home-cooked chickpeas and roasted sweet potato cubes topped with a tomato and coconut red curry sauce (just a little spicy). Served with brown jasmine rice, home-made mango apple chutney and curried cabbage and green peas.
Yellow Curry Meal (Mild, GF)
Seasoned, baked cubes of tofu topped with a mild and slightly sweet curry sauce. Served with naan (brown rice for GF), home-made mango apple chutney and curried cabbage and green peas.
Crispy Tofu with Peanut Sauce Meal (GF)
Seasoned cubes of firm tofu shallow-fried in grapeseed oil with peanut sauce (containing cilantro) on the side. Served with "fried" brown rice, loaded with edamame, peas, carrots and corn, and seasoned with tamari and sesame oil.
Cannellini and Mushroom Stew Meal (GF option)
Home-cooked cannellini beans and root veg in a rich, cashew-based white-wine sauce. Garnished with whole roasted mushrooms and fresh herbs. Served with fresh multi-grain bread and spinach salad.
Roasted Vegetable Lasagna (GF option)
Sheet pasta layered with tomato and red wine sauce full of roasted mushrooms, zucchini and bell peppers and tofu "ricotta"; topped with cashew-based "béchamel" sauce. Served with fresh multi-grain bread and spinach salad. Gluten-free pasta available on request.

Crustless Chicken Pot Pie Meal
Chicken breast, root vegetables and green beans in a rich white wine velouté sauce and topped with fresh herbs. This meal comes with fresh multi-grain bread and spinach salad.
Slow-Roasted Salmon Meal (GF option)
Fillets, with a home-made glaze or just salt and pepper, are roasted at a lower temperature until JUST done. The Asian-style meal comes with a choice of vegetable "fried" brown rice (GF) or buckwheat soba noodles with sauteed greens. Another version of the salmon meal is served with garlicky mashed potatoes and assorted cooked vegetables.
Burritos Meal (GF option)
Pulled chicken, pulled pork or ground beef, grilled peppers and onions, and home-cooked beans wrapped in flour tortillas (or with brown rice for GF); topped with grated cheese for melting at home. Two burritos per serving. Heat the burritos in the oven for best results.
Beef and Bean Chili Meal (GF option)
Flavourful (but not spicy) stew of tomatoes, onions, peppers, garlic, ground beef and home-cooked beans (red and black). Served with cabbage slaw and fresh multi-grain bread (or brown rice for GF).

Chicken breast topped with a mild yellow (Indian-style) curry sauce. Served with naan (or brown rice for GF), cucumber raita and curried cabbage and peas.
Roasted Pork Meal (GF option)
The slow-roasted pork butt meal has two variations. One meal has BBQ sauce, fresh multi-grain bread and cabbage slaw for a light and casual meal. The other option comes with pan gravy, garlicky mashed potatoes and assorted cooked vegetables for a more traditional plate of roast pork. Excess fat is removed once the meat and gravy have cooled.
