Vegan curry feast: red lentil daal AND chickpeas with spinach and sweet potatoes. Naan and mango chutney (vegan) or cucumber raita on the side. These two mild curries are full of immune boosting and anti-inflammatory herbs and spices, as well as freshly cooked pulses.

Lasagna! Beef and cheeses OR roasted vegetables (peppers, mushrooms and zucchini) and cheeses. Interesting fact: lasagna (both versions) is my customers (and friends' and family's) long-standing favourite dish!

Vegetarian Shakshouka Meal (GF option)
Poached free-range eggs (3 per serving) in a tomato-pepper-onion sofrito, and topped with sheep feta and chopped fresh herbs (including cilantro).
SW fresh multi-grain bread (or melt-in-your-mouth GF roasted potatoes for $1 more) and spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette on the side.

W2 Roasted Vegetable Lasagna Meal (Vegan, GF options)
Lasagna, spinach salad, fresh multi-grain bread.
Durum semolina pasta layered with tomato and red wine sauce, loaded with roasted mushrooms, zucchini and peppers, and cottage and Italian cheeses. Served with spinach salad (homemade balsamic vinaigrette on the side) and fresh multigrain bread.
GF option comes with extra salad and GF pasta for an additional charge of $2.50.
